Businesses located in DeSoto’s designated Enterprise Zones may be eligible for this state sales and use tax refund program. Talk to the DEDC about the criteria to qualify as an Enterprise Project. If you are eligible, the DEDC may nominate your company as an Enterprise Project, which makes you eligible to participate in the EZP.
